I founded TIX Advisors because I believe everyone deserves a fair process — unfortunately, respondents don't always get the support they need.

Title IX processes are complex, and every decision matters. Respondents often feel overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of their rights—while deadlines, interviews, and hearings approach quickly.

Can’t the school just appoint someone?
Yes—but that advisor is usually a staff member with no Title IX expertise, little motivation to advocate for you, and no independence from the institution. They’re often reluctant participants—checking a box, not helping you build a real defense. The school isn’t on your side—and the advisor they appoint typically isn’t either.
