I've spent most of my legal career working in education law and compliance—including serving as a Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, Decision-maker, and Advisor in sexual misconduct cases on campus. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how these cases unfold inside schools—and how often the process fails the very people it's supposed to treat fairly.

I’ve seen the system from the inside. I’ve seen respondents forgotten, sidelined, and left to navigate overwhelming accusations without meaningful support. Even when they’re ultimately found not responsible, the damage is often already done—reputations are harmed, mental health suffers, and future opportunities can vanish. The emotional toll of these cases is real, and far too often, respondents are left to cope with it alone.

That’s what led me to create TIXAdvisors. I don’t take sides ideologically—but I believe deeply that everyone deserves a fair process. Respondents are entitled to be heard, to be supported, and to have someone in their corner who understands both the system and its shortcomings.

Over the past several years, I’ve focused specifically on Title IX matters. I’ve trained hundreds of school administrators across the country, presented at national education conferences, and supported institutions in implementing Title IX compliance frameworks. But my passion lies in helping individuals—the ones at the center of it all—find their footing in the middle of a very broken system.

I’m also a mom of two sons, and I bring that same fierce protectiveness to this work that I’d want someone to show them. I take my role seriously—because I know what’s at stake. My clients don’t just get legal insight or procedural strategy. They get an advocate who sees them, stands with them, and helps them move forward with strength and clarity.
